Cancellation Policy
A short policy for monthly PPC management subscriptions and the landing-page add-on.
Monthly Renewals
Dallas PPC plans renew monthly on the billing date confirmed before service begins. The landing-page add-on follows the same monthly renewal structure unless the written service confirmation states otherwise.
How to Cancel
Clients may cancel future renewals through the private support channel supplied when service begins. Cancellation should be completed before the next billing date to prevent that renewal.
What Happens After Cancellation
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Dallas PPC may continue the agreed work through the paid billing period, then remove management access after reasonable handoff notes are complete. Advertising accounts and platform billing remain under the client's control.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once onboarding or management work has started because capacity and labor are reserved immediately. If Dallas PPC is unable to begin the purchased service for a reason within its control, the unused management fee will be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Advertising Spend
Canceling Dallas PPC does not automatically pause campaigns or stop charges made by Google or Meta. Clients remain responsible for their platform accounts and should confirm campaign status and billing directly inside each platform.
Plan Changes
Requests to move between plans or add or remove landing-page service take effect after the scope and next billing date are confirmed. Dallas PPC will not charge a higher plan without authorization.
