Terms of Service
These terms apply to Dallas PPC website use, onboarding requests and paid management services. A form submission is not a purchase.
Services and Scope
Dallas PPC provides paid advertising management according to the selected monthly plan. Campaign limits, included work and current pricing appear on the pricing page. The plan, channel, start date and any work outside the published scope must be confirmed before service begins.
Booking, Billing and Platform Spend
Submitting the onboarding form does not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Management fees, setup fees, the billing date and payment instructions are confirmed directly before work begins. Advertising spend is separate and is paid by the client directly to Google, Meta or another approved platform. Dallas PPC is not responsible for platform charges, account suspensions or billing decisions made by an advertising platform.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, lawful offers, timely approvals, appropriate account access and reasonable lead-quality feedback. Clients are responsible for fulfillment, sales follow-up, legal compliance, privacy notices, licenses and claims made in their ads or landing pages.
Account Ownership and Access
Clients should own their advertising accounts, billing profiles, analytics properties and business assets. Dallas PPC receives role-based access needed to provide the services. Access may be removed when the subscription ends after any reasonable transition work is complete.
No Performance Guarantee
Advertising results depend on competition, budget, offer, market demand, platform behavior, website quality, sales follow-up and other factors outside Dallas PPC's control. Dallas PPC does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, platform approval or search placement.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to materials they provide. Once applicable fees are paid, clients may use final campaign copy and landing-page work created specifically for their account. Dallas PPC retains rights to its internal methods, templates, systems and general know-how.
Suspension and Termination
Dallas PPC may pause or end work for nonpayment, unlawful activity, unsafe access practices, abusive conduct or material breach. Subscription cancellation is governed by the cancellation policy and any written service terms confirmed before work begins.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dallas PPC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or advertising-platform actions. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the management fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
