Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dallas PPC collects, why it is used and the choices available to clients and website visitors.

Information We Collect

Dallas PPC may receive a visitor's name, company name, email address and phone number through the onboarding form. Clients may later provide billing, website, advertising-account, campaign, analytics, onboarding and scheduling information. The launch form does not collect payment card data.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to booking requests, schedule onboarding, provide PPC management, configure account access, measure campaigns, communicate with clients, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Advertising and Account Data

Clients grant access to their own Google, Meta, analytics and website systems. Dallas PPC uses that access only to provide the agreed services. Clients remain responsible for the ownership and security of their primary accounts.

Service Providers

Dallas PPC uses Web3Forms to deliver onboarding-form submissions and Cloudflare to host the website. Dallas PPC may later use service providers for billing, scheduling, analytics, file storage and campaign delivery. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their role and apply their own privacy terms.

Cookies and Website Measurement

The initial Dallas PPC website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral profiling. Basic hosting logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for security and reliability. This policy will be updated before optional analytics or marketing tools are added.

Retention and Security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to the people and providers that need it.

Your Choices

Clients may request access, correction or deletion of information when the request does not conflict with legal or accounting obligations. Privacy requests can be made by replying to Dallas PPC's onboarding communication or through the private support channel supplied when service begins.

Policy Changes

Material changes will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after a change is governed by the updated policy where permitted by law.
